Vhong Navarro Surrenders to NBI

In an interview with DZBB, Navarro's attorney Atty said: Alma Malonga has expressed confidence that her client will be released as soon as possible.

According to the defendants attorney, they are confident that they met all the requirements and that there is no problem. They believe that Vhong Navarro will be released on bail.

The Court of Appeals' 14th Division overturned the  2018 and her 2020 Justice Department decisions, first to dismiss the rape allegations filed by Cornejo

The DOJ had previously determined that the complaint had no probable cause in her affidavit. Cornejo accused Navarro of raping her on January 17, 2014.

Mallonga told reporters her client would continue to fight to prove his innocence  said.

In 2014, the National Beaureu of Invistigation (NBI) also obtained  CCTV footage. The agency supported Navarro's claim that six men beat him at Cornejo's condominium, thereby refuting his claims against the TV host.

The TV host thanked his supporters and promised to continue entertaining them in his shows.
